Revista Velvet column "The force of the Ritual"

With the first of 2021 already over, I observe that the habits that I have acquired in my quarantine are sustained. I'd say they are even beginning to bear fruit. All this time socializing almost exclusively with my family nucleus, turned inward and doomed to be with myself in the quiet of our home (a luxury that I appreciate every day) has made me adept at routines.
